of Commerce Mitch Roob said Indiana officials are approaching
dissatisfied businesses in California," writes Gerry Dick in his "Inside Indiana Business" column. "Roob said many companies in
California are not happy with the state's tax structure. He said
Indiana is trying to capitalize on that opportunity."
