4741November 21, 2011, Greencastle, Ind. — Jenny Vance initially had her sights on a career in sports management, but a sales job at Aprimo started her down an entrepreneurial path. "While at Aprimo, Vance developed a system that put her company in front of the right clients and increased sales," notes the Indianapolis Star, which features the 2000 DePauw University graduate in its "Rising Star" feature.

"In 2004, Vance co-founded LeadJen, an inside sales firm dedicated to finding leads that drive revenue for companies," notes the newspaper.

Vance, who was a Management Fellow at DePauw, tells the Star, "I've found in the business setting and entrepreneurial environment that it feels like the same team-oriented feel of sports management. I'm very happy with this career choice and supporting a business that I'm very passionate about on 93697a day-to-day basis."

In February, Vance was listed among the Indianapolis Business Journal's "Forty Under 40" for 2011.
