April 21, 2011, Greencastle, Ind. — Randall E. Curran, chief executive officer of ITC^DELTACOM Inc. and 1976 graduate of DePauw University, has been elected to the board of directors of RDA Holding Co. by the company's shareholders. Curran is among eight individuals who comprise RDA Holding's new board.
"I am very pleased with the progress we have made since completing the restructuring more than a year ago and I thank our former board members for their contributions and service, which helped us achieve a near doubling of the company's share price during that time," says Mary Berner, president and CEO. "I look forward to working with the new board to evaluate all of the opportunities available to our company to grow shareholder value."
Curran has led ITC^DELTACOM, a Southeastern telecommunications company, since 2005. He previously 
served as interim chief executive officer of Choice One Communications, Inc., and was chairman and CEO of ICG
Communications, Inc. He also serves on the board of directors of Local
Insight Media Holding, Inc.
After receiving his DePauw degree, Curran earned an M.B.A. from Loyola University of Chicago.
