September 26, 2011, Greencastle, Ind. — David A. Morris,
a 1983 graduate of DePauw University, has joined Colliers International in
St. Louis as a senior vice president. Morris will focus on transaction services as well as tenant representation, investment real estate services, and qgency portfolio development.
A 24-year industry veteran, Morris comes to his new position from the St. Louis offices of Grubb & Ellis. Prior to that, he led the brokerage division of Gundaker Commercial, as well as having been an active, senior broker in the St. Louis tenant representation market for more than 15 years.
Morris is a member and a past president of CCIM’s St. Louis chapter and president of the St. Louis Association of Realtors’ Commercial Division. He is also a member of the executive committee and board of directors of SIOR’s St. Louis chapter, of which he is president-elect for 2012.
